Where does Floor Bloom ship?

We ship in the United States and U.S. territories, islands and military bases. Additional shipping charges do apply for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, islands and military bases. 

Will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping is free for orders $55 and over being sent in the continental U.S. For orders under $55 in the continental U.S., a flat rate of $2.99 will be added to your order.

For orders of any price being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, islands and military bases, additional shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout. 

When and how will my order ship?

Your order will ship by the next business day after it is placed. Your order will ship via FedEx SmartPost. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

You should receive your order within 4-7 days, although most orders will arrive sooner. Shipping time can vary depending on your geographic location. All orders ship from our warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri. 

Where is my order?

You should have received an email with a FedEx tracking number for your order.

If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check the spam folder. You can use the tracking number in the email to track your package here.

If you still do not see the email or the tracking information is not showing up on the FedEx website, please contact us via Live Chat on the website or send an email to [email protected] a nd include your name and order number. A member of the Floor Bloom team will check on the status of your order and respond shortly.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not already shipped. Please contact us via Live Chat or email ([email protected]) to request a cancellation. If your order has shipped, then you may return it for a refund once you receive it. 

Can I return my order? 

You can return your order up to 90 days after receipt of the item at no cost for store credit or an exchange. A $2.95 processing fee is charged for refunds back to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7 to 10 days to show. No returns will be accepted more than 90 days after receipt of an item.

To process your return, visit and please have your order number ready so that we can send to you a pre-paid return mailing label.

Again, returns are free up to 90 days!

What do I do if I received a damaged or mistaken item?

If you received a damaged or mistaken item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item. Then we will provide you with a pre-paid mailing label to return the item to us and we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.
